Overview & Mission Statement
The Pine Mountain Club Property Owners Association (PMCPOA) is a nonprofit mutual-benefit corporation dedicated to serving and preserving the Pine Mountain community.
It maintains amenities like the golf course, pool, and tennis courts, while also overseeing essential services such as roads, security, and community events—fostering a safe, connected, and vibrant neighborhood.
Through active member participation and shared decision-making, the PMCPOA works to protect the area’s natural beauty and enhance quality of life for generations to come.
PMCPOA cares for the places and services that bring the community to life. From the fairways of the golf course and the welcoming waters of the pool to the well-kept tennis courts, these shared spaces invite recreation and connection. Behind the scenes, road maintenance, security, and thoughtful community programming ensure that daily life runs smoothly and safely. Together, these efforts sustain not only the physical foundations of the community, but also the neighborly spirit that makes it feel like home.
Leadership here begins with the members. The Association is guided by a nine-member Board of Directors, elected from within the community and serving staggered three year terms to ensure steady stewardship and fresh perspective. But governance does not rest with the Board alone. Members are invited to take part by attending meetings, joining committees, and lending their voices to the decisions that shape our shared future. In this way, many viewpoints are gathered, heard, and woven into the life of the community.
Just 90 miles north of Los Angeles, where the city gives way to open sky, Pine Mountain Club rests quietly within 1.7 million acres of protected forest. Here, the rhythm of all four seasons shapes daily life with snow-dusted winters, wildflower springs, sunlit summers, and golden autumns.
Whether you seek a full-time home or a weekend refuge, PMC offers more than a change of scenery; it offers belonging. Ours is a vibrant, engaged community rooted in stewardship, collaboration, and a shared commitment to living lightly on the land. Come find your place among the pines.
