NOTICE

The Environmental Control Committee is seeking qualified applicants for a position on the Committee.

Applicant must be a member in good standing who is qualified in reviewing plans and/or general environmental concerns/knowledge, preferably with experience in construction, engineering or related fields

The successful applicant can expect to spend a minimum of one day per month on committee business.

The Committee meets on the first Friday of each month. The meeting consists of a field tour that normally starts at 10:00am. The formal meeting is called to order at 2:00 pm and is usually adjourned before 5:00 pm.
Special meetings may be called with 5-day notice.
Consultations with the E.C. Officer may be called at any time to address items of concern.
No decisions are made outside an official meeting.

Applicants may be asked to interview with the Committee. The Committee's recommendation and all applications will be presented to the Board of Directors for approval.

Environmental Control Committee

Purpose

The EC Committee is tasked with protecting and preserving the environment as defined by the Environmental Control Code directives. It reviews and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding the approval or disapproval of proposed new structures and/or additions and deletions to lots and other land use in PMC, among other duties.
